Minimum Qualifications:
Team members and candidates must meet the minimum qualifications to be considered for this specific position:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must be familiar and knowledgeable at a beginner level with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be familiar and knowledgeable with Windows 10 and document processes, such as saving, saving as, duplicating, copying, moving, and deleting documents from the document library, as well as knowledgeable in navigating in and around the document library itself.
- Must have the ability to perform mathematical equations while using a 10-key calculator.
- Must have the ability to count all types of denominations of money, coin, tickets, and other wagering instruments without the assistance of an automatic counter.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must practice and demonstrate outstanding guest service, in specific but not limited to, the ability to remain calm and act professionally towards irate guests.
- Must maintain a high level of attention to detail, including while performing multiple tasks at one time (“multitasking”).
- Must have a flexible work schedule that allows for the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties:
Team members and candidates must be able to perform the following duties with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Assist all guests in players club, financial, and tobacco related transactions.
- Verify all registered member information to ensure accurate information on file.
- Assist guests with creating new member profiles.
- Issue new membership cards and remove old cards as needed.
- Assist in free play transactions as part of daily/weekly/monthly promotions pursuant to the promotion guidelines and procedures.
- Address guest questions and concerns while always maintaining a courteous professional manner.
- Verify and count down banks issued out to other team members, as well as own assigned/issued bank(s), to ensure accuracy, and record and assist in resolving any variances as needed.
- Hand pay jackpots and verify all financial information is obtained to ensure legal and tax compliance.
- Record various transactions on required logs pursuant to the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Maintain an accurate and true balance sheet for the Vault, when applicable, to ensure all monies and cash in/out transactions have been accurately accounted for.
- Monitor and report broken machines to Slot Technicians on duty on a constant basis.
- Monitor ATM/NRT cash amounts and replenish as needed or requested based on future and/or current business need.
- Announce promotions over the loudspeaker to guests with an energetic tone in a way that draws excitement throughout the casino floor.
- Maintain and check out/check in keys to other team members as requested.
- Maintain a clean work environment free from any hazards or potential hazards.
- Assist Marketing Department in creating and issuing promotions and offers as needed.
- Serve as liaison for special events as assigned by the Marketing Operations Director, or as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

Required Licenses:
This position is considered a gaming position and requires all team members to possess a valid Gaming Registration Card issued by the Nevada Gaming Commission and Control Board prior to the established hire date or transfer date.
Note: Company Policy prohibits team members of this position from being gainfully employed by another gaming establishment for which the position directly or indirectly handles cash, slot information, or other “inside” information.
