Bakery Cafe Supervisor (Hoboken / Jersey City) Location: Hoboken / Jersey City, NJ)

Choc O Pain, a successful and growing French bakery/cafe with 3 locations in Hoboken and Jersey City, needs motivated, reliable and experienced Shift Supervisors. Choc O Pain Bakery & Cafe specializes in organics, slowly and naturally fermented breads, hand made rich "viennoiseries" are some of many other French specialties offered at Choc O Pain, in a Parisian and friendly atmosphere. Join us and be part of a fantastic team! The Shift Supervisor will help in managing the operations during his/her shift. Main tasks include but are not limited to opening or closing, daily floor supervision, ordering, training and managing knowledgeable and hospitable service staff. We are looking for candidates with 1 year shift supervisor experience (preferably food service & hospitality related experience)-strong commercial skills with great motivation and energy-exceptional people skills with great communication and leadership skills-ability to work varied schedules-highly adaptable and multi tasking (not afraid to be hands-on in any position where help would be needed)-must be a quick learner-Food-Handling certificate (ServSafe) is a plus,-flexible work schedule including holidays, weekends and/or early morning work as well as closing. Must be able to work in multiple Choc O Pain locations.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $12.00/hour.
