Farm To Barn Cafe & Juicery at Ko'olina is a health and wellness bar with a focus on clean foods, smoothies and cold pressed juices. Our flagship location in Haleiwa Town opened in 2018 is best known for our beautiful setting on a farm with a backdrop of the Ko'olau mountain range and our farm fresh offerings! Our mission is to provide fresh quality food and drinks while also continuing to be a leading example in our community of sustainable practices and supporting local agriculture by sourcing from our local farms!

We believe that an open floor of communication is extremely improtant between staff and management as well as mainting a company culture and environment that is fun, positive and innovative! We are looking for reliable and hard working individuals to join our Ko'olina team on a part-time or full-time basis.

The Cafe & Juicery Worker is responsible for taking orders, making and preparing sandwicheds, smoothies, juices and salads. As a team, it will be everyones responsibility to assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe and sanitary work area. The position requires a person that is detail oriented, has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and is able to follow instructions. This position requires the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare food, juices and smoothies for take-out service, following recipes, instructions and standard procedures.

• Clean and maintain service areas (sauce bowls, cutting boards, workstations, etc.).

• Assist with cleaning of all areas related to food preparation including but not limited to storage room and main floor area.

• Light cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, etc., as assigned.
• Take customer orders
• Excellant customer service
• Operate our buzzer system to notify customers their order is ready

Position Requirements:

• Must have afternoon availability from 1:00pm-6:00pm
• Must have a reliable form of transportation

• Ability to read and understand recipes and standard operating procedures is required.

• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must have some customer service skills
• Must have basic knife skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
