BARISTA/LEAD

Shift Lead Job Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations - Lead the opening Or closing shifts
• Make sure all employees follow company training The Standard Operating Procedure
• Provide great customer service to all customers
• Train new staff members
• Quality control on all products sold
• Maintain the cleanliness of the shop
• Update and support all new promotions and offers

Requirements:

• Possess a strong sense of teamwork and ability to influence team members
• Has integrity and takes initiative
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail
• Has a sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication skills, both orally and written
• Must be able to stand and do daily operational activity on feet for extended time

Salary Range - Starting $19.50 plus tips
