SUMMARY: Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant dining room and bus stations in accordance with company standards.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)
- Maintains an effective working relationship and excellent Guest service with all Team Members and Guests.
- Maintains contact with kitchen staff, management, hosts, and Guests to ensure that dining details are handled properly and quickly.
- Performs duties using sound and mature judgment.
- Converses with Guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Performs multiple tasks during high volume situations.
- Cleans and resets the dining area on an as needed basis.
- Responds to Guest requests as appropriate.
- Cleans and fills empty condiment containers.
- Cleans and resets the dining room.
- May be assigned to organize, garnish and ensure plates of food are trayed and ready for service.
- May also be required to deliver food items to tables and serving guests meals.
- While in this assignment, acts as liaison of communication between the service team and the culinary team.
- Ensures par levels are maintained for side order items, rotates and dates all food items related to front of house service.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit.
- Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification.
- Must possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
- Must possess ability to communicate in English and follow directions effectively.
- Must be well-organized.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
- Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
Physical Demands:
- Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
