The Cafateria team member is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of of the  lunchrooms and break rooms at the facility. Ensures all areas are cleaned and sanitized. They wil also be serving prepared meals to team members while ensuring all food handling safety measure are being followed.  They will be responsible for cleaning food untensals and serving pans.  

This is a temporary position for 3 months.

Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Hours: 

• Cafeteria-Friday, Saturday & Sunday-6AM-2:30PM with the expectation that if the Housekeeper is out they will have to work a longer shift to do both duties. 24-36 hours a weekend.

Pay is based on $17.50 plus a $2.50 shift differential

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

• Working alongside the team members involved in the cleaning and upkeep of facility
• Meeting and assisting vendors bring food into the cafateria.
• Follow food saftey quality guidelines.  (food temps, documentation, serving)
• Serving food in a safe manner.
• keeping clean food prep areas and organized
• Use POS system to charge team members
• Package leftovers and store for resale as individual meals.
• Sweeping & mopping breakrooms, restrooms and hallways
• Cleaning floors, walls, stairways, windows & restrooms according to the Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS)
• Stocking custodial and PPE supplies.
• Discusses any potential quality control issues with Supervisor or Shift Manager.
• Maintain good communication with Supervisor at all times.
• Report maintenance issues in a timely fashion.
• Keep areas neat and organized daily.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all sanitation supplies and Cafateria (food, utensals, paper products.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training, along with company pre-requisite programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and Standard Sanitation Operating.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
• working in Employee Store as needed

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required Education: None

Required Experience: None

Preferred: Knowledge of food safety, customer service skills, cleaning, inventoring, POS Systems.

The work environment is a plant / office setting with varying degrees of temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement and wet / slippery floors. Travel may be required.
