Cadd Technician In Roadway Design Or Pre-Design

This posting represents a multi-level posting. If this position is not filled by qualified applicants at the Transportation Generalist Senior level, the position will be filled at the Transportation Generalist level.

We have two positions available: One in our Design department and one in our Pre-Design department.

DESIGN: This position exists to assist in the preparation of construction plans for design and related documents; perform construction field inspection and materials testing; and assist in the maintenance and operation of snow and ice control.

PRE-DESIGN: This position performs moderately difficult duties, performs technical detail designing and drafting of construction plans according to MnDOT design standards; performs maintenance and operation of snow and ice control; and performs related work as required.
