As a CADD Support Specialist, you will utilize your expertise to empower engineering professionals. Your responsibilities will include providing Civil 3D and AutoCAD user support, sharing your technical insights for Civil 3D and AutoCAD projects, and collaboratively developing Civil 3D best practices, training programs, and templates. Additionally, you will assist in implementing project standards, setup, archiving, auditing, exporting, for our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full array of CADD/Civil 3D user technical support to engineers, and designers. i.e., surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, gravity pipe, pressure networks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot software and files issues.
  • Assist with development and implementation of CADD Standards
  • Thorough knowledge Microsoft Excel
  • Must have excellent communication, customer service, organizational, writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and/or update CADD and Civil 3D Library content as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in the Civil design processes within Civil 3D.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, multitasking environment.
  • Comprehensive oral and written communication abilities.
  • Impressive interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel.
  • Meticulous organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Applicants with the following experience will be considered favorably:

  • Experience Bentley products.
  • Exposure to programming.
