Cad Draftsman

R.A.R. Engineering Group, Inc. is a multi-disciplined civil engineering and consulting firm with extensive experience working with state and local agencies and municipalities, as well as private industry. We are currently seeking a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Draftsman that will operate a dedicated CAD system, including creating, updating, and modifying plans.

Essential Functions

• Creates CAD drawings for engineering projects.
• Creates and modifies maps for special assignments.
• Incorporates subdivision plats and drawing files into maps.
• Plots new maps.
• Copies project drawings.
• May assist in developing survey maps and layouts, when necessary.
• Works closely with regulating agencies, builders, contractors and the general public.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• This is a full-time position. Day and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
