Cad Designer Drafter

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Detailer/Drafter to join our dynamic team.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 2D AutoCAD design, proficiency in working with glass and stainless steel materials, and experience in creating detailed 3D models.
• As a Detailer/Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the production process by translating conceptual designs into precise technical drawings for manufacturing and installation.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize 2D AutoCAD to create detailed technical drawings for glass and stainless steel products.
- Develop accurate 3D models to assist in visualizing designs and ensuring feasibility.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Generate fabrication and installation drawings based on design concepts and client requirements.
- Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to identify and resolve potential issues or discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with manufacturers and installers to ensure the accurate and timely production of products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to enhance design capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Detailer/Drafter, with a focus on glass and stainless steel products.
- Proficient in 2D AutoCAD; experience with other design software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of glass and stainless steel materials and their properties.
- Proven experience in creating detailed 3D models for design visualization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate drawings.
