Responsibilities:
- Operate necessary equipment to perform a variety of required operations.
- Perform inspection of parts. Record and interpret data for process control charts as required.
- Observe established safe working and housekeeping procedures. Promptly correct and/or notify Manager of hazardous situations.
- Participate in and take proactive roles in ISO, AS9100, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, corrective action, identification, and solution verification.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Able to pass prescreen requirements including Drug Screen and Background
- Must be able to meet physical requirements of the position.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Seeing: Close-up, distance, magnified, and microscopic viewing of large to very small components and product parts; computer and test equipment monitors; the fine markings of measuring gauges and calipers; and work tools regularly. Views and discerns engineering drawings, schematics and assembly documentation regularly. Views and discerns surface imperfections on very small parts and visually inspects cables and cable braid hairs for imperfections regularly
- Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
