Location: Portage, WI
Position: Cabinetry Sales and Design Associate
Primary Objectives of the Cabinetry Sales and Design Associate
- Serves as the store expert in cabinetry design by providing detailed product information to both customers and peers, promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services that match customer needs.
- Layout Design using 20/20 software
- Informing customers on pricing, options, or status on pending orders
- Generating leads
- Conducting sales activities
- Building relationships with customers
- Coordinating successful completion of projects and orders
- Entering new quotes/orders for customers
- Communication with Vendors regarding order placement/status
- Tracking and fulfilling orders
- Resolving issues
- Protects company values by keeping financial information and plans confidential
- Follow all safety processes per company, state and federal regulations
- Report any and all safety issues
- Immediately report any injuries to Manager
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Additional job responsibilities to be determined by Manager
- 20/20 CAD Design Experience
- Reports to Cabinetry Sales Manager
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Might require occasional local travel of Southeastern Wisconsin
