Cabinetry Sales and Design Associate

• Serves as the store expert in cabinetry design by providing detailed product information to both customers and peers, promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services that match customer needs.

• Layout Design using 20/20 software
• Informing customers on pricing, options, or status on pending orders
• Generating leads
• Conducting sales activities
• Building relationships with customers
• Coordinating successful completion of projects and orders
• Entering new quotes/orders for customers
• Communication with Vendors regarding order placement/status
• Tracking and fulfilling orders
• Resolving issues
• Protects company values by keeping financial information and plans confidential
• Follow all safety processes per company, state and federal regulations
• Report any and all safety issues
• Immediately report any injuries to Manager
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Additional job responsibilities to be determined by Manager

• 20/20 CAD Design Experience
• Reports to Cabinetry Sales Manager
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Might require occasional local travel of Southeastern Wisconsin
