SalaryWe are seeking a skilled Cabinet Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
Have experience painting cabinets using an airless air-assisted gun or similar equipment.
The cabinet finisher will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint or stain, and ensuring a flawless finish on all cabinetry projects.
Base salary of $15-35/Per hour - Performance incentives based on quality, timely work flow, and experience
Responsibilities & Requirements
Prepare cabinetry for finishing by sanding & filling imperfections as needed
Select appropriate paints, stains, or finishes based on project requirements.
Operate airless air-assisted gun or similar equipment to apply paint or stain evenly and efficiently.
Monitor drying times and make necessary adjustments to ensure a quality finish.
Perform quality inspections to identify and correct any flaws or imperfections.
Maintain a clean and organized work
area, including proper storage and disposal of materials.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Proven experience as a Cabinet Painter or similar role is a plus.
Proficiency with airless air-assisted guns or similar painting equipment is a plus.
Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and finishes is a plus.
Basic understanding of woodworking and cabinetry construction is a plus.
