Duties:
- Construct and assemble cabinets according to schematics and specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials for cabinet components
- Install hardware, such as hinges and handles, onto cabinets
- Ensure cabinets are level, plumb, and properly aligned during installation
- Repair or replace damaged cabinets or cabinet parts
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- Experience in cabinet making or a related field
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, and sanders
- Knowledge of different types of wood and their characteristics
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and prolonged standing
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during construction or installation
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for constructing and installing cabinets for various projects in the remodeling, siding, flooring installation, mold remediation, or restoration industry. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will ensure the successful completion of each project.
