We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will have 2 to 4 yrs. of supervisory experience in a construction / installation setting.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plans, coordinates, and supervises the overall activities of the Field Technicians assigned in their Area, maintaining a work force consistent with quality, efficiency and completion schedules in line with company’s goals and objectives.

2. Assists other Field Superintendents and Field Technicians for coverage of duties to include walk-throughs, punches, and quick repairs at all work sites to ensure completion schedules in line with company’s goals and objectives. Receives and reviews project specifications, ensures field measures are accurate and punch lists are performed timely, meeting all quality and completion time frame expectations.

3. Develops a high performing team. Provides sufficient knowledge, skills, training, coaching and information to achieve peak performance, continuous improvement, and a positive, productive work environment consistent with company’s goals and objectives.

4. Receives and reviews project specifications, ensures field measures are accurate and punch lists are performed timely, meeting all expectations; assists in the completion of punch lists including cabinet repairs, touch up of stained and painted products and installation of parts and other required work; plans projects with supervision.

5. Schedules and coordinates projects to control job costs, timely completion and maximum customer satisfaction.

6. Communicates job information to team to allow for effective planning and execution of project requirements. Keeps supervision informed of all planning, status and completion of projects. Immediately addresses and troubleshoots issues that arise.

7. Meets regularly with builder customer field representatives to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing and correcting any deficiencies needed; keeping supervision regularly informed of the status of all meetings and information received.

8. Manages safety in their Area and ensures procedures are properly followed, striving for a goal of no accidents or injuries per calendar year.

EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. A High School Diploma/GED and five years of cabinet repair and installation experience.

2.Two to four years of supervisory experience in a construction/installation setting.

3. A current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
