Cabinet Delivery Loader And Driver

The Delivery Team Member is responsible for ensuring safe and effective loading, transporting, and delivering of manufactured cabinets. They will work within and team, as well as individually, to make sure that all cabinets are delivered to customers on time and in pristine condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lift and carry cabinets and parts onto truck (up to 75 lbs)
• Secure and protect products for shipping.
• Drive loaded trucks to and from job site
• Unload cabinets at job site
• Flex into other departments as needed.

Essential Skills & Abilities Required:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75-pounds while walking on flat or uneven surfaces and up and down ramps and stairs.
• Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and balance while loading and unloading
• Ability to work on feet for the entire duration of the day (8-10 hour shifts)\
• Ability to work in a loud environment
• Ability to see meet vision abilities of close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
• Ability to work on a team and individually
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to get to work on time daily
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate verbally in English
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English
• Must adhere to safety practices including PPE as outlined in the Safety Program and Employee Handbook
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical to obtain certification to drive box trucks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
