Cabinet Cnc Operator

BKFine is an architectural millwork shop located just north east of downtown Denver. We are a millwork shop that puts out a lot of work. BKFine is a family run business that has been doing projects in Colorado for over 20 years. We have a diverse portfolio of projects, some examples are:

BKFine is a team oriented shop that is looking for a good candidate to add to our team. We like for people to be trained and skilled at all aspects of our trade and would like a candidate who is open to trying new things. We are looking for a CNC operator to add to our team who is motivated, versatile, have an eye for detail/quality and must be used to working under pressure and keeping deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachments for each job
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience operating CNC machines is required
- Knowledge of basic math and measurement techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Proficiency in WoodWOP and WoodNest or similar programs is a plus. (Biesse)
- Experience with materials handling, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
- Familiarity with tooling feeds and speeds.
- Knowledge of tooling selection and maintenance
- Ability to use micrometers and other precision measuring instruments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
