Cabin Inspector (Cleaning)

We are looking for reliable and professional cabin cleaning inspectors to assist in maintaining our portfolio of cabin rental properties. Our Inspectors ensure that our properties are ready for arriving guests and owners and perform a wide variety of duties adhering to company standards for overall cleanliness, appearance and maintenance of all properties.

Requirements:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks as needed
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize PMS (Property Management Software) to track and document cleaning activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient cleaning and reporting - Traveling between multiple sites every day. - Identify and report property damage and maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from various departments.
- Troubleshoot and repair cleaning concerns at cabins and rental properties across the area.

Qualifications:

• Must be detail-oriented and have strong time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members
• Valid Tennessee driver's license
• Clean driving history
• Understanding of all aspects of residential cleaning
• Standing and walking required, as well as bending and squatting.
• Local to Sevier County or the surrounding area with the ability to work primarily in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg
• Must have access to internet and email and be comfortable utilizing technology to complete your duties with reports and pictures
• Must possess excellent customer service skills

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
