Cabin Cleaner/Housekeeping

We are looking for reliable and professional cabin cleaners to assist in maintaining our portfolio of cabin rental properties. Our cleaners ensure that our properties are ready for arriving guests and owners and perform a wide variety of duties adhering to company standards for overall cleanliness, appearance and maintenance of all properties.

• Perform basic laundry duties including linen inventory.
• Complete general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
• Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and replenish as necessary
• Perform special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• 6+ Months work experience including similar duties and responsibilities in a hospitality or commercial environment.
• Will be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.
• Will be a highly motivated, self-starter with a high attention to detail.
• Will be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Will promote and support a team work environment
• High school diploma required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and use of personal vehicle required.
• Will have valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• Will pass background check and drug test screen.
• Will be at least 18.
• Will be able to speak, read and write English.
• Will tolerate a fast-paced, hectic environment.
• Will tolerate temperatures of 0 to 110 degrees.
• Will work outdoors from time-to-time to complete cleaning tasks
• Will perform duties that include continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, lifting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying, moving objects, and climbing short ladders.
• Will lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds
