PAY & PERKS
This position offers a competitive pay rate of $20/hour plus a share of the service tip pool.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS CABANA SUPERVISOR JOB?
The schedule for this position will be flexible and include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts are typically 8 hours, and doubles may be occasionally scheduled.
As a Cabana Supervisor, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead a team dedicated to delivering first-class service to our members. From supervising daily food and beverage service by the pool to ensuring accurate order-taking and execution of beverage service, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding our service standards. Your responsibilities will also include assigning sections and side work, training and educating staff, achieving sales goals, and maintaining inventory controls.
With a focus on coaching and accountability, you'll work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of our cabana services. Join us in fostering a harmonious working climate, giving feedback on guest experiences, and reporting any incidents to help us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move and lift 40 lbs.
Experience working in a country club or restaurant would be a plus!
