We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Cabana Attendant to join our team. The Cabana Attendant will be responsible for the setup of pool and beach services, cleaning of cabanas, laundering and setup of towels at the poolside, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the pool and beach areas. The Cabana Attendant will be responsible for the setup of pool and beach services, cleaning of cabanas, laundering and setup of towels at the poolside, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the pool and beach areas. The ideal candidate must be a team player who is willing to assist guests where needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests by assisting with their needs and inquiries
- Setup pool and beach services, ensuring all furniture, equipment, and amenities are in place
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of cabanas between guests
- Launder and setup towels at poolside and cabanas
- Monitor and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the pool and beach areas, including furniture and equipment
- Continuously replenish pool and beach supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
