Position: RN - Operating Room

Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Susanville, CA, 96130
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8
Shift Notes: 7:00AM - 3:30 PM/40 hours scheduled/32 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced
Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
On-Call Requirements: On-call schedule to be determined by facility

This position assesses plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients by organizational policies and by standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide, and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS- Minimum 24 months of OR experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
- FLU vaccination - REQUIRED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
