Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC is seeking aC4I/MIDB Analystwith a TS/SCI security clearance for a fully-funded and awarded position in Charlottesville, VA. As a Senior C4I/MIDB Analyst, you will support the Defense Intelligence Agency by researching and analyzing multiple sources of information to identify, assess, and report on adversarial C4I capabilities, doctrine, and vulnerabilities. You will author finished intelligence products within the DIA’s product line.

A Senior C4I/MIDB Analyst candidate shall possess the following qualifications:
- Experience with working with collection managers and crafting requirements
- Knowledge of African/Middle Eastern culture, military, religion, foreign policy, or politics
- Ability to provide shift work support, if required
- Knowledge of imagery analysis tools and databases
- Familiarity with using large databases, especially MIDB
- Active TS/SCI w/ CI poly
- BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred; MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of operational experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training focused on the Africa and the Middle East
- Demonstrated experience in conducting analysis of foreign military capabilities in a dynamic environment and developing / producing associated analytics products
- Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings
- Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards
- Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- MA/MS degree and over 10 years of experience, or BA/BS and over 18 years of experience intelligence analysis supporting the IC or U.S. military
