Job description

C-UAS Integrator and Trainer
Key Role:
Provide timely research and analysis of global unmanned aircraft system threats to identify high-value gaps and leverage expertise in the development of innovative training solutions for soldiers and staff. Employ research and analysis to counter these threats using Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) equipment, methodologies, and mounted and dismounted tactics, techniques, and procedures. Provide C-UAS instruction and integration for military personnel conducting home station individual and collective training support to include combat training center exercises. Integrate, plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate live, virtual, constructive, and gaming C-UAS assets available for home station training using blended learning techniques.
Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with the military
  • 2+ years of experience as an instructor or trainer
  • Experience with C-UAS capabilities
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare, Fires, or Air Defense disciplines
  • Experience as an Unmanned Aircraft System operator
  • Experience with being deployed in a combat or combat advisor role
  • Experience as a Collective Trainer
  • Experience as an Observer Controller (OC)
  • Experience with conducting After Action Reviews (AAR)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Foundational Facilitator or Instructor Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
