Unique opportunity at a growing technology company fundamentally changing the way we access secure services at the convergence of digital, physical, and AI worlds. TruU is seeking a talented C# Software Engineer to help advance several Windows Services that are foundational to TruU's Identity platform.

You will be a co-located member of the engineering team, working with both internal and sourced Windows developers driving a consistent high-quality product. Our current solution includes Windows Login for desktop, RDP, and Windows Virtual Desktop, as well as integrations to various physical access control systems, and more. Self-motivation and a personal strive for building remarkable things are necessary for this role. As TruU is a start-up, your input, and contributions in other various aspects of the company will be expected and valued.

You will:

  • Architect, code, and test enhancements and customizations on new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with the team to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of the products.

We need you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical field.
  • Three plus years of experience in .NET software development, especially in the areas of: Visual Studio, C#, TPL.
  • Three plus years of experience with application design (SOLID / DRY principles, design patterns), implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting issues, managing security vulnerabilities, and maintaining compliance with industry security standards under minimal direction.
  • One or more years of development in multi-threaded and asynchronous applications with a strong understanding of thread-safety and race-conditions.
  • Passion about software development, delivering high quality applications, and the Unit Tests / Integration Tests / Load Tests conceptions.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, yet function as an integral part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile Application Development & Scrum methodologies.
