We invite you to join our team supporting the most mission critical programs across the globe!Responsibilities:+ Source, negotiate, and purchase machinery, equipment, tools, raw material, packaging materials, parts, services, and/or supplies necessary for operation of an organization. + Compile and analyze statistical data to determine feasibility of buying products and to establish price objectives. + Monitor performance of suppliers.
+ Compile information to keep informed on price trends and manufacturing processes. + Evaluate areas of opportunity to leverage material acquisitions. + Track data to keep informed on price trends and manufacturing processes.
+ Negotiate with suppliers and analyzes suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices and to determine lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules. + Review proposals, negotiate prices, selects or recommens suppliers, analyze trends, follow up orders placed, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records. + May prepare request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.Qualifications:+ Bachelors degree+ Active Secret Clearance+ Software skills include:+ MS Excel+ SAP+ Data Entry+ Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation which may include education, criminal and work history verifications.+ Accepted applicants will have the opportunity to be eligible for benefits, including medical and supplemental insurance and a 401K.
