Butcher Helper

We have an exciting opportunity for a Butcher Helper to join our DO & CO Family in our Main Unit in New York.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the meat cutting functions not limited to scraping products, cubing steaks, grinding ground meats, and cutting and processing meat according to requirements and perform all meat associated responsibilities as directed.
• Maintaining par level necessary for smooth operation.
• Weigh all meat items in accordance with specified procedures outlined by standard practice.
• Able to receive and perform all instructions.

• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to accurately monitor wastage.
• Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
