Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Basic administrative duties and daily assistance to client file management
- Answer and direct emails and phone calls, field potential and current clients, and set appointments
- Assist with logging expense receipts and client-related payments
- Organize and accurately maintain electronic and hard copy filing
- Provide excellent client support and address inquiries or issues promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills as the position requires daily engagements with clients and vendors
- Possess good verbal and writing skills
- Detail oriented with problem solving ability is vital – able to resolve in-office or field questions in a timely manner
- Good analytical skills to effectively maintain updates to client files
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently as well as within the team
- At least one year of previous experience in administrative/customer service is preferred
- Google Workspace and MS Office proficiency
- An interest in travel and ability to speak Italian is a bonus but not required
