A Busser's main duties include:
- Making salads before and throughout the shift
- Keep an eye on the dining area, after the customers leave each table, bring tubs to the table & fill them with dishes, bring it to the dish pit, vacuum, sweep, and reset the plates
- Closing duties include: cleaning the restrooms, sweeping & mopping the floors, cleaning the busser car, etc.
A Grill Cleaner's main duty includes:
- Clean the exhaust hood and griddle countertop area at the beginning of lunch shift.
- Clean the griddle countertop after each use, empty the grease traps timely to prevent overflowing.
- Wipe down plates and bring them out to dining area.
- Empty and rinse all the grease traps at the end of shift.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
