- Keep the restaurant and patio clean, safe, and presentable at all times while always providing friendly and attentive service.
- Assist in the delivery of food and beverages to members and guests.
- Set, maintain, and clear all tables in the restaurant and on the patio.
- Deliver water, plates, silverware, and napkins as needed.
- Assist with setup, and maintain all lunch and dinner buffets.
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing positive relationships with members and guests throughout the club.
- Constantly delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Stock, organize, and maintain restaurant equipment, storage, dining room, and patio.
- Setup and breakdown of restaurant.
- Perform all side work as assigned.
- Any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Chef.
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have willlingness to serve and a positive attitude
- Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have ability to work effectively with a team
- Must have ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must have willingness to learn-
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, club events, and most holidays
- Must possess a true desire to satisfy the needs of members and guests in a fast paced environment
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 35lbs.
- Previous bussing experience a plus
- Experience in private clubs is a plus
