Maintains clean restaurant in a professional and quick manner
Major Responsibilities : Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Ensure that empty tables are ready to receive new guests
• When a party departs, remove dirty dishes, sanitize the table, clean the seats, sweep or vacuum the surrounding floo
• Refilling ice bins or performing general cleaning chores.
• Maintains clean restrooms, windows, and overall restaurant appearance throughout shift
• Other duties as directed

Essential Physical Requirements:
• Stands during entire shift; reaches bends and stoops frequently
• Able to carry at least 50lbs over medium distances
Dishwasher Position Summary: Clean all used utensils, dishes, glassware using Dishwasher equipment and by hand as needed

- Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures.
- Follows sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.
- Helps keep equipment operating by following operating instructions. Troubleshoots breakdowns, maintains supplies, and performs preventative maintenance.
- Retrieving stock, and keeping all cooking and serving utensils and plates clean & sanitary at all times.
- Maintains appropriate levels of needed dishes and utensils. Participates fully in environmental sustainability initiative, which includes, but is not limited to, recycling, waste reduction, and energy and water conservation.

Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
