Busser/Dishwasher

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Busser. As a Dishwasher/Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining area. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the food service industry.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes from dining areas
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer needs

Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and servers
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
