WE LOVE OUR WORK.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist server with guests' dining experience.
- Responsible for clearing all tables and resetting in accordance with department standards.
- Monitor tables to assess guests' needs; anticipate and respond to guest requests when meal has been completed while keeping table clear to provide a clean, neat, eating area.
- Restock and clean assigned station at the end of each shift in accordance with department standards.
- Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established department standards.
- Participate as a team member with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.
- Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
- Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
- Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area,
Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
