Alma Family Dentistry- the practice of Dr. Zachary Powell and Colleagues, is in the search of a versatile professional to join our Business Team with the potential to train for our team leader position. This position is open for a great reason- our office is continuing to grow and so is our team! Our office is a private practice that is patient-focused and committed to the well-being of both our patients and team.
The newest addition to our work family would be highly motivated, energetic, team oriented, a multi-tasker, and have excellent customer service + communication skills. If this sounds like you and you are seeking a new place to call home, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities include: greeting patients upon arrival, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, treatment presentation, verifying dental insurance, collection of copayment, email correspondence, as well as other Business Team duties.
2 + years experience in any dental position required. Professional experience required. Leadership and management skills are a plus.
Our office is open Monday-Thursday. At approximately 32 hours a week- your evenings and weekends are free! Pay is negotiable based on experience.
