Business Team/ Call Center

Weis Pediatric Dentistry is currently hiring for the Business Team/ Call Center in our growing Portsmouth office.

We are looking for a bubbly and energetic person to join our awesome team! We are a pediatric office & we love to have fun with our patients.

Description:

• Respond to high volume inbound calls while compassionately handling questions/concerns
• Schedule new patient appointments
• Confirm patient appointments
• Use trained sales techniques to reach company goals of appointments set and customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
• Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years dental office experience
• Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role preferred
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in dental software
• Dentrix experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Fair knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
