- Collaborating with Leads on roadmap activities
- Presenting project status, and workforce structure design decisions, etc to corporate leadership
- Coordinating individuals and teams, aligning with overall project goals
- Assisting to drive tasks and initiatives
- Prepare status reports, and status decks for progress presentation, etc
- Oracle HCM experience
- BSA experience (2-5 years min)
- Organized, multi-tasker
- Strong communicator, able to identify and clearly communicate and resolve issues
