We are looking for Business System Analysts and Consultants who are looking to work in a fast-paced environment, within a team that values people and diversity, and have opportunities to grow and learn new things. We have multiple roles open focused on Commercial systems that enable Sales and Marketing. If you can see yourself succeeding in this type of environment, we encourage you to apply.
Opportunities:
- Business Systems Consultants for Oncology, Neurology, US Medical Affairs, and Digital Production Services.
- Business Systems Analysts for Marketing Automation Platforms, Web Content Management Platforms, and Digital Marketing Quality Assurance.
In these roles you will be responsible to:
- Work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and challenges.
- Analyze the situation, define system requirements, and develop test plans.
- Collaborate with others to estimate project complexity and cost.
- Create or contribute to the creation of project charters and timelines.
- Contribute to process optimization, governance, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop experience and share knowledge with other team members.
Qualifications
Experience that makes you a strong candidate for these roles:
Required
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Demonstrable understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Project Management basics.
- Effective written and verbal communications.
