*****BONUS UP TO $1,500.00 PER MONTH BASED ON SALES PERFORMANCE. THIS IS ON TOP OF THE BASE PAY OF $16-18HR*******
Responsibilities:
- Handle vehicle title and registration processes efficiently and accurately.
- Contribute to the inventory management process, from receipt of vehicles to strategic marketing initiatives.
- Assist with planning and coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
- Provide comprehensive sales support to clients via multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, text messaging, online chat, and messenger platforms.
- Enhance the dealership's online presence by leveraging social networking platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure a seamless completion of the sales process, maintaining professionalism and customer.
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Collaborate on long-term projects aimed at enhancing the dealership's financial performance.
- Generate and analyze detailed reports for the sales and inventory departments, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Serve as a general office clerk, performing various administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain files, schedules, and event logistics effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in written materials
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for typing documents and utilizing software programs
