Gateway Financial Solutions is a Michigan-based sub-prime lender and part of the Garber Automotive Group, which has been family-owned and operated since 1907. We have financed consumer auto loans since 1996 and specialize in auto loans for individuals with limited or challenged credit history. Job Description
The Operational Process & System Administration (OPSA) team is accountable for aligning the technology vision with the business strategy. This is done by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. The team is also responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organization. This includes system, database and software administration and limited desktop support.
Role Responsibilities

• Creatively provide resolution to first level technical problems in a cost-effective manner
• Adhere to service level agreements with end users and monitoring of systems, programs and equipment performance
• Adhere to service level agreements in regards to Dealer Support
• Onboarding
• Maintenance
• Deactivation

• Research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable on industry trends.
• Utilize knowledge of the business groups functional areas or processes to solve routine systemic issues or problems.
