As the Business Solutions Consultant, you will responsible for providing expert business and technical knowledge for the framing of solutions to meet the business needs of the UK market place within the framework of the Objective product set.

What your day will look like:

• Collaborate with Account Directors and Commercial Managers to understand the unique challenges and goals of our prospects and customers
• Provide expert presales support, whether in person or remotely, to create compelling solutions.
• Bring solutions to life through captivating presentations and custom demonstrations
• Assist new business Account Directors and existing Commercial Managers in strategy development, proposal creation, and customer interactions

What skills you will need:

• Practical experience supporting sales processes or implementing solutions for a vendor/consulting firm over the last 3 years.
• Knowledge of document management, records management, workflow automation, Microsoft 365, and/or artificial intelligence (AI).
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining XML, Javascript, and HTML5 for presales requirements.
• Familiarity with working in a pre-sales environment with multiple virtual ESX images.
• Strong business analysis skills, including meeting facilitation and workshop leadership.
• Exceptional communication and coaching abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a knack for dynamic presentations.

This role is based in our Reading Office.  Our offices are situated in Thames Tower, an award-winning prestigious building, conveniently located opposite Reading train station.
