About the role

A Business Solutions Architect is a strategic role that serves as the linchpin between client-focused sales teams and detail-oriented innovation teams, ensuring that the technical solutions devised meet the commercial needs of the clients. You are adept at analyzing complex business processes and crafting reengineered workflows that align with enterprise architecture, leveraging your profound understanding of both business operations and technology. Your expertise extends to the realm of emerging technologies like generative AI and machine learning, which you will integrate into scalable and forward-thinking solutions. This role demands a unique ability to speak the languages of both business and technology fluently, translating customer requirements into viable, innovative solutions. 

Our Business Solutions Architects need to possess deep industry knowledge in sectors such as eCommerce, Retail, Logistics, Travel, Hospitality and Food Delivery allowing them to tailor solutions that resonate with market trends and client objectives. They are visionaries who can anticipate the needs of a rapidly evolving business landscape and architect solutions that not only solve today's challenges but also pave the way for future innovation.

Responsibilities   

• Forge the future of Business Solutions, using your deep understanding of business processes and emerging tech to outmanoeuvre the ordinary.
• Analyze, deconstruct, and rebuild business models with the precision of a master and the insight of a visionary.
• Channel your extensive knowledge in sectors like eCommerce, Retail, Travel, Hospitality, Logistics, and Food Delivery to deliver not just solutions but revolutions.
• Speak the dual languages of business and technology fluently, interpreting and influencing both domains.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of technological evolution, especially AI and ML, to keep us at the forefront of innovation.
• Be at complete ease collaborating with Sales, Workforce Management, Innovation, Technology and Operations to understand diverse perspectives in the selling process
• Your gravitas will help us establish strategic relationships at a very early stage with our clients because they begin to trust your advise
• We won’t expect you to winge about working long hours or being inflexible about time zones - we are a global company after all

• A track record of shattering expectations in business process analysis, reengineering, and enterprise architecture.
• A maverick's understanding of technology architecture, especially AI and ML – not just buzzwords, but your battle-tested allies.
• The guts to engage with high-level strategic dialogues that defy conventional thinking.
• A history of thriving in the BPO, IT outsourcing, or consulting arenas, disrupting markets along your journey.
• Communication prowess to command rooms, influence decision makers  and sway stakeholders.

• You would have at least a decade doing this but we will take the right attitude instead
