Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential business clients through face-to-face meetings in assigned territories.
  • Effectively communicate and promote business products with professionalism and clarity, tailored to a business setting.
  • Analyze prospects' needs and interests to identify the best-suited products, ensuring a conciliatory and consultative approach.
  • Ensure accurate completion and submission of new business paperwork.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, prioritizing satisfaction and retention.
  • Promptly address and resolve client problems or complaints.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal record check.
  • Exceptional communication skills are a must.
  • Positive attitude, coupled with a hunger for learning.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Full-time availability from 8 am – 5 pm.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a working vehicle.
