Position Summary:
The Business Revenue Analyst plays a key role in identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and trends within our active partnerships, aligning them strategically with marketing initiatives to enhance revenue commitments. Employing consistent language and repeatable processes, they focus on delivering more precise and timely reporting throughout the entire organization. Engaging in projects spanning Revenue Marketing - Americas departments, the Analyst strives to enhance efficiency, boost productivity, and ultimately drive profits for the business. Furthermore, they diligently ensure data security and compliance with pertinent regulations and standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department leaders to offer strategic recommendations for audience targeting and tailored outcomes to optimize revenue generation.
- Spotlight the most promising opportunities within data sets related to partner interactions.
- Discern predictive trends from existing data sets to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify areas for development to enhance and streamline operational processes.
- Thoroughly document processes and implement automation solutions to enhance overall business process efficiency.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least three (3) years of pertinent work experience, with a preference for expertise in sales and revenue marketing.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization using Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Comprehensive skills in SQL Server, encompassing SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis, and ODBC connections.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Proven ability to translate requirements from department leaders into compelling analyses, dashboards, and reports, presenting information in an easily understandable format for the team.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to contribute effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field (e.g., Statistics) or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $72,000 or more depending on experience

- Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
