SCOPE OF SERVICES
We are seeking a Business Relationship Management Task Lead to support our CA/CST teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating project prioritization, coordinating governance meetings, and providing analytical support to ensure the seamless execution of IT projects in alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to assess project prioritization, considering strategic alignment, resource availability, and mission criticality.
- Oversee the project intake process, maintaining a backlog of requests and their statuses in coordination with the appropriate CST Technical Divisions.
- Conduct Cost/Trade-Off analysis and Level of Effort evaluations for requested work, providing templates and guidance, and presenting findings to CST management.
- Obtain and communicate project updates from various CST Divisions to CST leadership and relevant Business Units.
- Organize and execute key IT Governance meetings such as SSG, IRB, QEMs, and other necessary engagements, maintaining meticulous records of proceedings and follow-up actions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support across the ITGSS team, including meeting coordination, presentation preparation, action item tracking, and workgroup activity oversight.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have Active Secret Clearance
- Proven experience in IT project management or Business Relationship Management.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
