Business Project Analyst- EFTI (Hybrid Work Flexibility)

SHAZAM is looking for a driven individual to define, develop, implement, and maintain strategies related to the effective rollout of corporate projects. As the departmental point of contact for a project, effectively lead the evaluation and implementation of all facets of a project, including independent coordination with other business and IT departments.

What you’ll do:

• As a Business Project Analyst, you will be in charge of representing the EFTI Team in all items relating to a corporate project. The ability to speak on behalf of EFTI, as well as other departments within Customer Operations, is a must.
• Promoting a “customer first” business environment with the ability to understand and manage project overlap/interface with other departments outside of Customer Operations.
• Successfully coordinate and lead all activities during a project, including resource development, team training and continued support for departments after a project cycle is complete.
• You will assist in training and development of the Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
• Well versed in SHAZAM products and applications.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Equivalent experience preferred.

Starting annual salary from $61,000 to $88,000*

*Actual compensation will be based upon factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
