Location: Minnetonka

Work with Urology Clinical Science Chief of Staff (LeanSigma Master Black Belt) and internal functional leaders to develop and drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to be rolled out over the next fourquarters. Work will be focused largelyon partnering with the Clin Sci Chief of Staff to scope improvement projects,map processes and systems, develop KPIs, complete formal capacity analyses forClin Sci functions, and develop and execute communication and feedback loopsfor the organization.

• Conductthorough analysis of existing Business Processes to identify inefficiencies,bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Utilizeprocess mapping and modeling techniques to visually represent current andfuture-state processes.

• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to design and implement improvements to businessprocesses.

• Lead orcontribute to initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of continuousimprovement and operational excellence.

• Utilizedata analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness ofexisting processes and measure the impact of process improvements.

• Makedata-driven recommendations for optimizing workflows and achieving businessgoals.

• Engage withstakeholders at various levels to understand business needs and objectives.

• Facilitateworkshops and meetings as needed to gather input, share findings, and gainbuy-in for process improvement initiatives.

• Establishand monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness ofprocess improvements.

Requirements:

*3-5+ years experience in:

o ContinuousImprovement leadership and project management, including charter developmentand milestone management

o Previousgroup/team and/or workshop facilitation

o Process andvalue stream mapping

o Capacityanalysis and resource modeling

o Continuousimprovement tool set use (e.g. SIPOC, C&E matrix, control charts and/orother data visualization/graphic tools, product family matrices, etc).

o Changemanagement strategies and communication

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with afocus on data-driven decision-making.

* Familiarity with process improvement methodologies suchas Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills forengaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred/optional:

o Lean / SixSigma certification

o Formalcommunications experience

o MedicalDevice manufacturer experience

o ClinicalScience / Clinical Research experience
