Form of workA TVH Business Process Analyst (BPA) supports the global Hire- to-Retire team with active participation in future process design, project management and change management in close collaboration with senior team members. You will also be involved in stakeholder management and training content design and delivery.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Business Process Analyst will support TVH stakeholder management, will co-facilitate process design workshops/meetings (functional and cross functional) and will support synchronizing the plans.
- Co-facilitate change enablement and adoption by bringing people together and ensuring buy-in for the transformation on a global, regional and local level.
- Designing future end-to-end processes within the domain of expertise.
- Support in project management in order to deliver the to-be processes within the domain of expertise.
HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor or Master degree in functional domain
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in the domain
- Experience working within functional domain in international environment is a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high quality results
- Ability to adapt and implement effective coping strategies to maintain operational efficiency
