Primary Responsibilities:
  • Display Right at Home Core Values
  • Use interpersonal and negotiation skills to inspire and motivate Franchisees based on their business goals and personal motivations by establishing credibility and pushing appropriate "hot buttons."
  • Act as a Right at Home brand ambassador and represent the strategic vision and objectives of the Corporate Office.
  • Actively and enthusiastically engage with internal team members across diverse communication channels through dialogue, active listening, best practice sharing, improvement opportunities, and brainstorming opportunities.
  • Leverage collaboration, teamwork, and dependability to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Find creative ways to build strong, positive working relationships with all Owners in assigned portfolio, including those that are hesitant to engage.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate meaningful and successful Performance Group meetings both virtually and in-person.
  • Equips Franchisees with the knowledge, tools, resources, and confidence to make business decisions and execute the Right at Home business model.
  • Understand Corporate resources and programs, then proactively work with owners to leverage those resources and programs to meet business goals.
  • Execute diverse tactics to engage Franchisees in coaching, resources, and corporate initiatives based on their preferences and business needs.
Successful candidates will have:
  • B.A. in Business Administration or equivalent years of directly related work experience
  • 5+ years as a regional or branch manager in the home/healthcare/hospice/senior services industry, preferred but not required.
  • Pervious franchising experience preferred but not required.
  • Previous group facilitation preferred but not required.
