Job Description: Create and update dashboards to management that highlight construction and budget execution performance Responsible for identifying, capturing, and updating KPIs Track number of contractor crews active throughout the year (by week of the year) Show against budget spent Show against number of HP & IHP Inspectors active throughout the year (by week of the year) Maintain running average time to install 1000 ft of main broken down by urban, suburban, and rural (comparison of contractors) Report jobs that were sent back for redesign Include justification, cost estimate, final costs, cost of delay, job priority, etc. Construction Management Annual Report Budget, Project Success, Number of Projects per Person, Hours spent on non-coordination items, comparison of schedule vs execution, comparison of estimated cost vs actual, etc. Maintain a logbook of tasks performed within the group that are unrelated to construction management along with time spent in order to pinpoint organizational weaknesses ROW performance analysis and charts that highlight ROW wins and shortcomings Requirements: Excel, BI or Analytics software expertise Data knowledge (what needs to be captured and how) Detail oriented Good communicator Preferred Skills: Creative Innovative Inquisitive We offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, Short Term Disability, AD&D and Tuition Reimbursement, etc.
