At the direction of the eBanking Business Supervisor, provide customer service and data entry support regarding PinnBank for Business via the telephone,chat and email in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Hours Needed: Mon-Fri, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Assists existing customers with basic online business banking issues regarding password resets, unlocks, bill pay, mobile banking and other simple questions.
- Verifies data entry changes made by PBFB Rep II and higher.
- Verifies Fed File Submissions.
- Assists PBFB Help Desk Supervisor with related projects as requested.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
